Eligible BIO member companies will receive one (1) complimentary hotel room night at the Eden Roc hotel in Miami Beach with their paid registration to the BIO Investment and Growth Summit if they register on or before February 6, 2026.

Complimentary hotel room night includes resort fees and tax. Registrant will be responsible for any incidentals, as well as additional room nights beyond the one complimentary night.

After registration has been completed and paid, registrant will receive an email from CustomerCare@bio.org with instructions about how the complimentary hotel room night will be fulfilled.

• Hotel reservations must be completed within two (2) business days after receiving the email from Customer Care. If you have not completed your reservation within by time, there is no guarantee that BIO will be able to offer a complimentary room as rooms may need to be re-allocated to other qualifying registrants based on availability.

Eligible companies must be BIO ECS members. This offer is available to multiple registrants at the same company. Please use the your company email address to register and book your hotel room.

This offer has no cash value. If you cancel your registration, the complimentary hotel room night will be also be canceled.

This offer is on a first come, first served basis, so we encourage you to register quickly. BIO reserves the right to end this offer at any time. This website will be updated if the offer has been exhausted or rescinded.
