Kerri-Ann Millar serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Syncromune. Before joining Syncromune , Ms. Millar served as the Chief Financial Officer for Cue Biopharma, a publicly traded clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing therapeutic biologics for the treatment of autoimmune disease and cancer, where she was responsible for the finance and treasury functions. Prior to Cue Biopharma, Ms. Millar served as Corporate Controller for Flexion Therapeutics, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of local therapies for the treatment of patients with osteoarthritis, where she developed the finance function for the newly public company and supported the commercialization of its first approved drug. Prior to Flexion Therapeutics, she served as a Finance Specialist for Curis, Inc., a biotechnology company focused on the development of oncology treatments. Prior to Curis, Ms. Millar spent over 10 years in audit and finance functions at several investment banks in the Boston area and four years at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She earned a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Boston University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
