Dori Thomas-Karyat: CEO/founder Synthis Therapeutics I obtained my Ph.D. in Immunology from Washington University in St Louis and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York in the laboratory of Dr. Joan Massagué, head of Sloan Kettering Research Institute and leader of the TGF-b field. I spent 6 years leading discovery teams in oncology and inflammation at two large pharmaceutical companies, AbbVie and Roche, prior to founding Synthis Therapeutics. As the head of Synthis Tx, we have been awarded 3 Golden Tickets, 5 NCI and NHLBI SBIR awards, seed funding and 9 issued patents on our targeted TGF- ADC platform.
