Sustained Therapeutics is a clinical stage company developing a drug delivery platform technology initially focused on non-opioid pain medication, but extendable to other APIs including significant oncology indications. We have four Phase II trials underway, with our chronic pain trial fully enrolled and projected to complete shortly.

We also have the pivotal Phase II/III trial of our sustained release chemotherapy medication underway in Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma. Our third product, for erectile dysfunction, has just begun enrolling its Phase II trial.
